- The food court at the virgin end of the terminal has a wonderful and spectacular number of powerpoints. Go there to charge.Upvoted Nov 9
- Mackenzie PriceFebruary 3, 2020Qantas Business Class, and Gold, Platinum, and Platinum One Frequent Flyers, and Sapphire, and Emerald oneworld Frequent Flyers can use the premium lounge entry at the northern end of the terminal.

- Globetrottergirls DaniFebruary 13, 2020If you’re looking for power outlets to charge your electronics, head to the food court. There are sockets (and USB outlets) on both the shared tables and the individual tables.
- Gates 5, 6, 16-21 with Qantas are all down the long corridor. It's a good idea to walk down there just before boarding starts.

- Lisa StarbucksOctober 5, 2018The departure board doesn't show all flights. Depending on the section, it'll show only Virgin, Tiger airline etc. 🙄 There is one main food court and lots of others on the side.

- Airtrain makes it quick and easy to get to and from the airport
- Sarah HSeptember 19, 2012Always check in before arrival! Then all you have to do is a bag drop, which takes no time at all, and there are usually no lines.
- Love watching people run for the bags on the carousel. It's almost as if they don't make it the first time, it's lost forever....

- The toilets in the Virgin terminal are the newest and nicest. They are also plentiful.

- ...latest data on arrivals and departures shows travellers have a one-in-three chance of being delayed. That's some good odds Brisbane airport. You should be so proud.
- If ur going to sleep in baggage collection area, bring earplugs as tvs are set to highest volume & floor polisher is louder than a 747. Poor guy operating the thing shud b wearing ear safety gear!!
- If your after food head towards the virgin gates, not as crowded as Qantas and has better options.

- Takes too long to check in - do the self check in and bag drop. Quicker.
- Don't park in wrong car park! It takes 15 mins to walk to terminal & back & u get charged $6 feckin buck fir this nice!!!!
- dialupkidSeptember 23, 2012Warm water in the bathrooms, but there are some cold water fountains oposite gate 41. So save yourself $4 and bring an (empty) water bottle.

- If security is very very long at qantas, try jet star or virgins security gates. Qantas lounge internet is password free - Virgin lounge changes its password everyday.

- Don't believe the tips! Brisbane's AirTrain now runs until 10pm.
- The Virgin Lounge free WiFi reaches the public seats right outside the lounge. No need to pay the lounge fee. Join network "The_Lounge"
- AlinNovember 9, 2019There is no free water inside the terminal. So be aware, if you’re thirsty prepare to pay AUD4.5 for one bottle of water
- Charge your mobile/iPad fir free at the vodaphone charging station outside Ripcurl (opposite Eagle Boys Pizza)
- There's a Aus Post letterbox beside the Qantas information desk!
