Get yourself some Harbison cheese. It's smoky and delicious. And while indulging, grab some Innis & Gunn (beer). Everything here is gourmet, high quality and awesome. Good prepared sandwiches too.
Grab a growler (great prices!) and some cheese and you are all set for a great night.
