- Noah WeissAugust 30, 2015Great southern food brunch. Eggs Rothko -- egg in a hole slathered with melted cheese and stewed tomatoes, with candied bacon -- is perfectly coma inducing. Blue bottle is around the corner, too.
- EaterJuly 18, 2017The bright-white space at Egg is an easy choice for breakfast sandwiches, duck hash with eggs over easy, and buttermilk biscuits. Egg is a true brunch, where weekend service is friendly and efficient.
- BourbonautJune 17, 2018I love ‘Egg’. Excellent brunch menu, coffee and service. The space has great ambiance and there is a cool vibe there. It’s a perfect way to start your day before doing a tour of Brooklyn Brewery.
- Tony XerriFebruary 10, 2014Ive had a lot of fried oyster sandwiches in my life, this one topped them all. Also, if you're going to get grits, make sure you ask for them extra cheesy and they'll happily oblige. Awesome.
- Samantha JoFebruary 24, 2015Every item I've tried on the menu is Delish! Make sure you look at the specials bored for some of the most interesting items! And I love how they give you your own French press for coffee.
- MerveSeptember 15, 2016I am a breakfasts person and this was the best breakfast I had. Ever. In my life. Biscuits are amazing. Strawberry jam is to die for. Cheddar omlette is perfection. Roasted tomatos are wonderful!
- The food is solid as everyone says it is. They all get pretty much the same thing. Try the scrapple. There aren't many places that serves this delicious type of meat. Do have fun with the crayons!
- Alexey TrishinApril 24, 2018Trust this place. Their breakfast are absolutely amazing. Got a very mild omelette with cheese inside plus very delicious tomatoes (how you do that so cool?) and kale extra.
- The Corcoran GroupOctober 8, 2010Awesome brunch, but be prepared to WAIT. Try the Egg Rothkos or the Biscuits & Gravy. Less of a wait for dinner, when you should try the Fried Oyster Sandwich or the Carolina Kale.
- Regina VallegoJune 22, 2018the place is spacious and fresh, food was delicious, specially the tomatoes that came with. but definetely the star of it all is the service -- the waiter was so kind, helpful and polite. made my day!
- Incredible breakfast. No matter what I order it's delicious. They had to move to a larger space because so many people were enjoying their eggs, biscuits and gravy. Def get the French press coffee!
- You won't get sited if all the members of your company have arrived, even if the shop is half empty. Apart from that, EXCELLENT pancakes, great breakfast, good coffee (aeropress only) until 5 :-)
- Dante van der HeydenJanuary 17, 2017Well this place is purely amazing, the staff is really friendly and will try to make your stay as good as possible. In summer, first check out the view of Manhattan from the pier and then go here!

- Great food and vibes. A little bit of a long wait but the free donuts app made up for it. the crayons and paper are a nice way to pass time. Super cute babies everywhere.
- The last time I was here, OK had the pancakes. The pancakes are delicious. Match that with their sausage patty - which have just the right amount of spice - and you're in for a great breakfast.
- CharlottesFebruary 3, 2016I really like the space and had a hard time choosing from all the tasty fresh dishes on the menu. I went with deviled eggs and ham arugula salad which totally hit the spot.
- Flo FloJuly 12, 2013Everyone is on point with the Egg Rothkos, but the biscuit was just good. I also liked the candied bacon, in fact...I would def order it again. Overall, I would come back here and try other items.
- David RosenbergFebruary 24, 2014Eggs Rothko with a side of greens + a biscuit. Do a good deed and bring recent New York transplants here. Draw a map of the City on the table with provided crayons, with all parks/bridges labelled.

- Cole KennedyMarch 14, 2015The Egg Rothko is good, if a tad bit dry. Fix that by ordering the hash browns and a side of tomatoes. Oh, and the biscuits are outta this world.
- MegAugust 25, 2018Not a lot of vegetarian options but whatever we did order, was amazing! They also had a few vegetarian specials that were so flavorful. Ask for biscuits on the side. They melted in my mouth
- Rachel PortMarch 9, 2019Gets the eggs Rothko with pork sausage and if they have the duck bacon egg and cheese sandwich, get that! Amazing hash browns as well.

- John-Carlos LunardiniJanuary 18, 2016Delicious fluffy omelette with the consistency of a stick of butter left on dashboard in the summer. Hash browns shaped like a potato complete the experience
- Shrutika SachdevMay 6, 2013Come on a weekday for Brunch to avoid lines! Good but doesn't live up to hype- got the eggs Rothko and biscuits and gravy. Duck hash on the next table looked better! (Candied bacon is a must!)

- Sharon GeeAugust 9, 2014One of the best places to go in Williamsburg for early brunch since they open at 8am. Beat the hipster hangover rush and go before 11.
- Ashley MowreyJuly 24, 2017I wish I could wake up here every morning. Specifically, I am in love with their hash browns, which are giant and gourmet McDonalds hash browns.
- Possibly the best fried chicken in all of New York City, but the biscuits may outshine it. Get the cheese grits in the morning and the mac & cheese in the afternoon. The chef is from Virginia.
- Lucia FosterJanuary 2, 2014Worth my trek on the slow ass L Train from Manhattan. Cute room. Snappy service. Eggs Rothko was perfection. Coffee delicious. Splurge on the hash brown--it's unreal

- Tash KouriJanuary 21, 2013Waited about 30 mins for our party of 7. French toast was fluffy and yum. Rothko was super cheesy and bready in the best way. Biscuits were crumbly goodness. Grapefruit wasn't as special as I desired.
- Rafi RomeroJanuary 18, 2016Just go with what all the other tips say: biscuits+gravy and eggs Rothko. also great: candied bacon and pancakes. good but not spectacular: country ham, hash browns.
- inna katsJanuary 18, 2017Duck hash. Half way through I noticed it was full of chopped celery (which I hate). Perhaps bc it's slightly cooked. If I knew I would have ordered something else. And it was still really good.
- From The World BlogOctober 23, 2012Eggs Rothko (on brioche with cheddar, tomatoes and homemade sausage) and the organic pancakes are delicious. But I suspect everything they serve is fantastic.
