Eggs Rothko should be the only thing on the menu (along with hashbrown balls and bacon dipped in maple syrup).

A little part of me dies every time I walk past on a Saturday and see people waiting for hours. There's so many better options nearby - Diner, Marlow, Rabbithole, Allswell, Colette, to name a few

Woah, the Country Ham biscuit with cheddar & fig paste was delish! Get a poached egg on the side instead of grits.

I love the way try do their hashbrowns! All in a circle--crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Like a hashbrown cake.

Eggs Rothko (on brioche with cheddar, tomatoes and homemade sausage) and the organic pancakes are delicious. But I suspect everything they serve is fantastic.

They don't serve lunch until 3 p.m. however, will still give you the lunch menu (along with brunch menu) to mull over despite your inability to order from it. Last time I checked, brunch = bfast/lunch

Egg makes one of the best biscuits I've had north of the Mason Dixon. My grandmother's ham biscuits are hard to beat, but the biscuits and ham here are pretty darn good.

I'd say get there early to avoid the crowd, but the baby toting residents already have that covered. Boo. Worth the wait tho. Act like a pro - put your name on the list that hangs by the door.
