- If on menu, the pork chop with poblano smoked Gouda grits is great. Make sure, however, that you don't miss the bone marrow.
- The steak tartare is absolutely amazing. Their gin & tonic is ridiculously good, as is the elderflower gimlet. You can't go wrong here.
