- ScoutmobNovember 28, 2011The space that Essex Restaurant has occupied for the last decade was once used as part of Essex Market. Now, it just overlooks Essex Market. In case you find evening grocery shoppers entertaining.
- Theresa RoldanFebruary 2, 2016Brunch 3-drinks prix fixe is actually basically unlimited drinks. The food was spot on but the wait isn't worth it. Long line (even with a reservation), no appetizers, and not great onion bread.
- Kaitlyn PezikMay 11, 20153 drinks with any entree (although they don't really keep track and you end up getting more than 3) 😊

- Kristin Flip PolidoroJanuary 12, 2010Don't wait for the $16 Mussels night on Tuesday. The everyday $10 portion is HUGE and mixed with a 1/2 price drink, you're in for an amazing dinner.
- Brittani HaywoodJanuary 1, 2013If you linger long enough at brunch they'll supply you with drink tickets for the bar as a bribe to leave.
- Pia WilsonAugust 24, 2014My friend and I had to actively ask for the third mimosa. Did not have my first one during the meal. When my server finally brought the third one, he said he was "trusting us." Not happy.
- Marq RomeroOctober 23, 2010$20 brunch includes 3 bloody marys, mimosas, and screwdriver. Can't go wrong with that. Cure that hangover with more alcohol. Haha
- Go on Mon or Thurs for $1 oysters (pick a local variety!) & half-priced drinks 'til 9. I like the watermelon or white grape martinis (made w/fresh juice).
