Evan: How lucky I am that Dainobu is by my office. Sushi, noodles at the back counter, and all sorts of pickled and/or salty snacks make this place my favorite lunch destination in midtown.

Evan: City MD is the Cadillac of walk-in medical centers. I came in needing stitches and was sewn up and outta there in 45 minutes flat. They called me that Saturday to follow up. Killer customer service!
Evan: Cocktails change often, but if the Zelda is on the menu (gin, cynar, and herbsaint) snatch it up. Cheese plates are lovely too and the bread served with is perfect. While away a hazy Saturday here.
Evan: The caol ila stout is like scotch in beer form; awesome. Also had a Flemish red that resembled Lambrusco. Definitely go for cheese/meat/pickle plate to accompany, with awesome dark bread made in-house

Evan: You want the Hellboy. The combo of soppressata, spicy honey, and fior di latte makes a pizza that's frighteningly easy to finish fast. Make sure you say hi to Paulie too, as he's often on the floor.
