KEC Y. • August 16, 2012お好み焼きは三姫。焼き方が広島、大阪、東京です。それぞれ、ソース、醤油、塩 で味わいます。次に文字(もんじゃ)焼き。初めは柔らかく、文字を描きながら、最後はパリパリ煎餅状態でいただきます。シメは焼ソバ。夏は梅醤油でサッパリといただきます。ちなみに、お好み焼きは東京発祥、もんじゃ焼きは大阪発祥とのこと。
