Damien C. • August 20, 2018Fantastic hotel with really comfy rooms. Perfect for exploring the city! Looking forward to heading back.
Kevin K. • November 15, 2011Great hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Relaxed environment. Rooms are big, spacious and comfortable. Location is ideal too.
Stanley Y. • October 6, 2020Despite local restrictions due to Covid-19 measures, hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location, great staff.
Jaime S. • January 7, 2010The best hotel in Belfast. Expensive but you get what you pay for. Won the best cocktail list in the world, the cocktails are fantastic but at £10they need to be special. High teas are great.
Jenn M. • June 16, 2023Gorgeous beds, lovely rain showers, luxe ESPA products and a beautiful Observatory bar on top of the building. Fresh raspberry scones in the Grand Cafe were delivered, as well!
Heather M. • January 17, 2013Great hotel, massive beds, friendly staff, excellent food in la scala. Undergoing some renovations at the moment and unfortunately they have removed the gym to turn the space into another room.
Remko v. • March 2, 2022It is a very nice hotel but the main thing when traveling is internet. That is not so good and the network for your cell phone is an absolute horror.
Patrick James S. • March 23Great rooms and excellent staff. The conversion from the original building is really well done too and the quirky wooden and concrete flooring makes each room unique.
Thom F. • October 30, 2012Having stayed here a few times, I'd recommend not staying in one of the Grove apartments. Make sure to request an apartment on the road facing the hotel. They're much more spacious.
Chris O. • September 8, 2012Excellent Hotel... High quality thick walls / doors very quiet & great night sleep! Clean, excellent fittings, courteous staff, excellent breakfast! Highly recommended!
t • February 10, 2013nice spaceous rooms, free wifi in all rooms, nice beds, hot showers. try to get a room in the upper floors to avoid noise from the streets
Rory D. • November 22, 2014It's clean, cheap and in the city centre. Can walk anywhere also no need for taxis.
Cleber F. • November 20, 2017It's a nice classic hotel. There is an amazing bar that gets crazy after hours. The rooms were ok and the hotel well located. The front desk ladies could be nicer tho.
Jamie C. • September 15, 2012Excellent hotel, my favourite in Belfast. Great location, close to the city centre
