Natasha B. • December 13, 2015A more relaxed vibe than some of the city's more hectic Christmas markets, plus lovely atmospheric live music
Lindsay E. • December 14, 2018Hands down the best Christmas market in Berlin. All booths are non-profit. Lots of hand made stuff by local groups & schools. Be sure to walk down side streets and paths in the old village too.
James P. • December 10, 2014Small ish but great for a quick shot of gluhwein and wurst. Go for the chocolate covered strawberries. Stat.
Kurt David G. • December 3, 2012Glühwein? Check. Lebkuchen? Ja. Gifts? Of course. Give Santa a high five and soak in the magic of the Christmas markets. They come but once a year!
Andreas S. • March 3, 2024Platz an der Gedächniskirche ist weihnachtlich geschmückt mit vielen Weihnachtsständen.
Jack S. • December 17, 2023Only Christmas market in Berlin to charge a 2€ entrance fee, however it is free to enter between 12:00-14:00. Some great festive food options, with several temporary restaurants available inside.
Leo Z. • December 11, 2011Very nice and colorful Christmas market! Tall Glühwein-cups can be an excellent souvenir!
Karin G. • December 16, 2019They charge 5€ entry, but well worth it. Great place to get some unique presents.
Susanne • December 15, 2013Jedes Jahr wieder und immer wieder ärgere ich mich, weil es soo voll (weil zu enge Wege) ist. Macht mir keinen Spaß, wenn auch eine schöne Location.
Kim B. • December 20, 2015Best feature of this Christmas market: The skating rink around the Neptunbrunnen fountain.
Eirini S. • October 14, 2015The best Christmas Market in Berlin, lots of traditional foods and drinks to try from plus theatrical and dance happenings! Be sure to try Bratwurst and German bread.
Nicholas T. • December 20, 2015Overpriced, overrated. Food selection limited and not really good quality, mulled wine expensive and doesn't taste good. Not my favorite Christmas market in town.
Carsten • December 15, 2014One of Berlin's best Christmas markets - less crowded, with better food and much better mulled wine than most, in a nice historical setting. Ubahn stop Dahlem Dorf on the U3.
Birdie B. • November 27, 2011Der schwedische Weihnachtsbasar ist der Beste in ganz Berlin.. Findet immer am WE vorm 1. Advent statt. Glögg, Räksmörgås und schwedische Leckereien sind Pflicht. Hier kann man viele Geschenke kaufen!
