Jonathan R. • July 4, 2013By some margin the best gastro pub in Hammersmith which is an area blessed with many....take the 5 min walk up Hammersmith Grove from the square - you will not be disappointed!
Carla • October 4, 2019Great cozy neighborhood pub. The food is delicious, the house wines are pretty good and the staff is really easy going. It’s my favorite spot in the area.
Ligia O. • March 10, 2014It is a traditional English pub and most of the public live in the neighborhood. It's the best tap beer in London, always tasty and icy. I highly recommend the London Ale, produced in Greenwich.
Alexander P. • March 27, 2015Fantastic meal. Hanger steak and trip cooked chips and confit belly pork, pesto and gnocchi were absolutely stunning. Great gin selection.
Peter S. • November 25, 2012The food is really, pleasingly tasty. Smiley service and a relaxed atmosphere make this a genuinely great dinner venue
Alexander N. • February 28, 2014Amazing place with plenty of good ales, ancient british style. It's divided on 3 areas formed part of a ship with enough of amusing myths. Fantastic burger ever.
Lydia B. • March 31, 2016Great location, especially when the weather is gorgeous. You can sit with your drink on the grass and enjoy some bbq by the river
Vladimir M. • July 1, 2013So far one of the best places around Hammersmith. Been here 5 times - always something new on the menu and always delicious (and yes, quite" adventurous" but in a good way). An OK service too.
Imaginary N. • September 18, 2013Excellent food - well above "gastropub", better than many restaurants - but beer is absurdly expensive. Not a place for a quick pint unless you are on expenses.
Helena M. • August 16, 2011Some awesome Portuguese cuisine going on here. You need to try the soup speciality "Caldo Verde"
