Chris M. • December 9, 2017Charleston doesn't have a lot of the big chain hotels in great spots or upscale hotels attached to the bigger loyalty programs. This hotel is an exception. Great service and spot. Part of Marriott/SPG
Wayne A. • February 18, 2019Excellent walk along the water. Great views from Historic Charleston of the Bay and ocean. Catch Atlantic Dolphins at play and feeding off the pier. Close to great restaurants for after lunch walk.
Clayton P. • August 22, 2020Their chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, macaroni & cheese and chewy ice are awesome!
Charming Inns of Charleston • October 15, 2012Penelope had the perfect balance: peaceful relaxation in the center of downtown Charleston. She loved its hidden courtyards and fountains - and afternoon wine and cheese.
Kathryn S. • August 12, 2013Best hotel stay I have ever had. The staff, food, and service were impeccable. Our stay here made our trip to Charleston, and we will be back to further enjoy the town and the hotel.
Tyra H. • November 4, 2017Rooms are large. We stayed in room 330 and it had separate living, sleeping, and wet bar spaces. Loft style. Very rustic. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants. Right next to Harris Teeter.
James O. • 2 weeks agoVery chic Charleston hotel. Staff is amazing and super friendly. Highly recommended.
Amy A. • April 21, 2019Valet parking for 32 a night! It’s pretty expensive but in a good spot. You can walk everywhere. The suites have a kitchen and small living room area. Great water pressure. Terrible WiFi
Shannon L. • October 19, 2014Excellent hotel! Great price, great customer service, recently updated, and one of the better hotels in the area! Would definitely stay here again!
Joe G. • May 21, 2012Birthplace of Charleston delicacy, She-Crab Soup. Beautiful house In a wonderful town. Friendly, helpful staff.
Jenn • November 16, 2011An outstanding experience . Spacious rooms and amazing staff, very courteous! It's a small luxury boutique hotel, and mid week prices can be steep. Ask for the AAA discount. Great breakfast!!
