Mike M. • September 24, 2011On nice day go under the bridge with a coffee from Muddy Waters and enjoy the boats riding by.
Anna C. • October 26, 2011Avoid traffic going to the beach: Take a right off of the bridge & left at the light. Follow to the end & turn left onto Riverland. Take to the end, left onto Grimball then right at the light.
Mary Catherine J. • December 13, 2010I feel like I live on the bridge! Be sure you always have enough gas in case there is a wreck!
Lydia B. • September 11, 2013Please keep it clean at the dock so we can keep crabbin & fishin here, private owners say they don't mind as long as we take care of it! ;) thx
Nancy M. • October 30, 2018We liked Fort Sumter, it was very educational. Try going the last boat of the day. They lower the American flag and the commentary is quite interesting. We also loved the boat ride back and forth.
Paige C. • September 3, 2017A wonderful place to rest or take a photo. In the middle of a great park along the battery. We came here after a bike ride to enjoy the water views and shade!
Donovan M. • September 26, 2016Excellent views of the harbor and Fort Sumter in the distance. Free parking along the road.
Melissa C. • June 25, 2011Best historic spot in all of Charleston...architecture is stunning and the restoration is beautiful...buy the combo with the Aiken-Rhett house and save $4
Karen C. • June 17, 2013What a wonderful must see place. I really enjoyed my family trip. Love the nature trails. Wear good walking shoes!
Paige C. • September 3, 2017Don't miss this street on your visit to Charleston. It's one of the most famous (and colorful) spots. The homes are beautiful and whimsical. The purple is my favorite.
Nicole W. • December 28, 2012Beautiful and romantic, just make sure you wear bug spray. The mosquitos get thick in the warmer months.
Debbie C. • July 30, 2013Very interesting. Our tour guide Stephan was terrific - he shared a lot of fascinating history within a brief 30 minute tour. Don't miss the exhibits on the top and main floors.
Robert B. • November 27, 2021Beautiful waterfront park west of the Ashley off Sam Rittenberg Blvd (SC Hwy 7) at the base of the North Bridge with a fishing pier and picnic tables.
Wayne A. • February 18, 2019Excellent walk along the water. Great views from Historic Charleston of the Bay and ocean. Catch Atlantic Dolphins at play and feeding off the pier. Close to great restaurants for after lunch walk.
More Than H. • January 4, 2022Go to White Point park, walk The Battery, visit Rainbow Row, take a carriage ride, shop at The Market, eat at Hyman’s Seafood. So much to do!!
Southeastern T. • April 15, 2013Photo Tip: If you come out at night, you can shoot photos of the Pineapple Fountain, Water Street Fountain, the USS Yorktown, and the Ravenel Bridge.
