Time Out New York • January 25, 2018This Hong Kong–style institution is a favorite amongst star chefs for its late-night hours and consistently good eats. Order the ginger scallion lo mein, or choose from dozens of noodle variations.
Greg O. • July 1, 2013One of my favorite restaurants in the city. Best service and best food. Love these guys. I recommend the 'BBQ beef over vermicelli noodles' and 'salt & pepper squid'. Get a '33' beer as well. Enjoy!!!
Christina C. • September 3, 2023Menu kinda confusing at first, but choose soup base, type of noodle and get the 12 toppings automatically. Best part is the free rice noodle refills for ur soup!
Graylyn R. • September 28, 2016Cozy but delicious spot to grab some Chinese food. The dumplings (boiled or fried) are pretty awesome. I had ramen with shrimp dumplings and it was way too much food with spring rolls!
Alex R. • August 29, 201721 dollars will get you a huge bowl of crossing the bridge noodles, easily feeds two people. that plus the addictive pumpkin cake app and the tasty beef tendon in chili oil app was 29.99
Joshua O. • July 25, 2015I chose the namesake ramen of ajisen, it is by far some of the best ramen I've eaten. It has subtle flavors, and the broth is not too salty, which I greatly enjoy. They have a great variety too!
Village Voice • March 1, 2013With hand-pulled noodles and peeled noodles both made in-house we’re already in love. But add to that some of the best pork stuffed steamed dumplings in town and you’ll fall just as hard as we have.
Wdychen N. • October 1, 2016Freshly pulled noodles! Soup dumplings, beef pancake, Cumin lamb & beef noodle soups are my Fav!
