Jessica T. • November 6, 2012So much fun! The fitness class is really intense. BUT, the times of the classes are super late for weekdays (9pm). It would be nice if they could make it a decent hour at least once a week!
h • July 6, 2015This is a good place for a workout, the yoga tends to be lacking something. Less emphasis on breathing, meditation, and correct form. More focus on working through power poses.
