Djuana M. • October 19, 2014It takes all day to get a car, they have a couple of people checking the cars out, make sure to arrive 30 minutes before your reservation, so you can get out on time.
D B. • June 11, 2012This is actually in the Sheraton. The rental desk is across the parking alley from the Sheraton entrance. If you're returning a car, use the parking garage below the hotel and park in a Dollar spot.
arash m. • September 16, 2010Returning your zipcar here can be a pain at times when hotel residents use up the zipcar only spots. But the guys behind the desk are usually helpful and find a spot to leave your car.
