Peaman • March 28, 2018The room is clean, and the staffs are very kind. It takes 5 min to go to Ginza 4 bus stop. There is a convenience store next to the hotel. One disadvantage is very slow WiFi connection.

Izalette • September 12, 2018The elevator kept stopping on the 2nd lobby floor (waste time). Cleaning team would leave all cleaning supplies outside the hallway, very messy. Room design is awesome: the toilet door is two way!

Foodtraveler_theworld • February 29To stay with comfort and have space for your luggage size 20’ -25’ inches or larger, I would recommend booking larger room. Staffs can speak English and the location is great for shopping and dining.

Wendy • October 12The onsen is excellent; they are separated by gender, so women need not to worry. The hotel warns you that the onsens may get busy between 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM every night, but it closes at 1:00 AM.
