Jack S. • January 30, 2013Weights have quite a small diameter which makes deadlifts harder, but overall it's a good gym. Big area with lots of benches and reasonably priced for students (for a London gym)
Kostas • July 13, 2021Well equipped gym, 2 floors with equipment and a studio, 3 weightlifting platforms and squat racks mostly for powerlifting but olympic weightlifters can train too. The barbells have a decent grip.
Carissa M. • June 24, 2013Take advantage of a TRX class. It's a great system and I combine it with free weights for an awesome circuit. The foam rolls and stretching room are a godsend!
