José A. • June 10, 2016Nice modern style apartments. Close to UT campus and I35. On walking distance from 24h supermarket and coffee shop. Common areas should be more clean.

Mike O. • July 18, 2013I live here and I would not recommend it. These are older apartments built in the 70s. Maintenance is awful. Absolutely awful. Rent is high just because of the area. Think about it.
