Steve P. • March 23, 2009It's a great zoo, and a nice, cheap way to spend a nice afternoon. Bring your walking shoes, though.
Robin R. • September 8, 2015It was nice simple and small. We took sandwiches for lunch and they had an awesome little spot to have lunch. I recommend this little spot. Super cool.
Ijaz A. • June 16, 2013Go up on Crystal Springs and Griffith Park Dr. It is where the Old Zoo is at. Check out the remains of the Old Zoo and go up to some great view from the trails.
Michael K. • March 22, 2017It's interesting to see how the "zoo" was before. Makes you appreciate the current facilities animals have now and how far we still need to come.
Nicole M. • May 5, 2010Best farmers market in LA for kids. Train and pony rides, petting zoo, bouncy houses, plus a great farmers market. A perfect Sunday morning!
Ryan P. • November 6, 2014The hedge in front of the exhibit makes it impossible for toddlers and kids in strollers to see. Prepare to pick up your kids
Solutions i. • October 10, 2012Fun&informative. A lot of their exhibits are hands on, and they have a new fish tank that houses countless numbers of marine wildlife. They even have a marine petting zoo where you can touch starfish.
Kat L. • August 4, 2013Gorgeous views along w/ a great workout! Less people than at Runyon Canyon. Wear running shoes, trails can be slippery. Next to the zoo & golf course so it's a perfect spot for the whole family!
Jinnie L. • January 17, 2015Only on Sunday. Pretty small market but one of my fav! I love domenico's pasta noodles~ they have petting zoo n no dogs allowed~
Tina F. • March 22, 2011The best food at the zoo is @ Reggie's...its a little pricey but if you have to eat ay the zoo this place is worth it. They have beer, wine and desserts too.
Derek F. • July 21, 2013Pretty steep at $3 a ride, w/no discounts for multiple rides or members, but nice choice of zoo animals for kids to choose from. Adults ride free accompanying toddlers. 2 benches available for babies.
Yvette B. • October 17, 2014Great pumpkin patch with a petting zoo, pony rides, and corn maze! Don't forget to try the roasted corn.
Sarah R. • November 13, 2012My fave LA Farmers Market: food, clothes, jewelry, flowers & more! Free parking at the beach (Dorothy Green Park) until 1:30pm w validation. Fun weekly entertainers, petting zoo & pony rides.
knappst3r • September 3, 2012The park & ride from the zoo worked wonderfully, easy all round. It's a $5 round trip, and the parking at the zoo is free. #win
Lane H. • December 24, 2011Glad to see they hired some parking lot attendants, it was a zoo without their help.
