Cycling S. • July 19, 2018Exhibitions open till 8pm, good for a visit before the cinema or theatre. Great food with plenty of vegan and vegetarian options in the first floor restaurant.
Cathy • July 23, 2010Go to the Plaza Café Lounge - an authentic 1930s tea room. I loved the speciality smoked salmon sandwich on multi grain Italian pave, sultana scone with strawberry jam & clotted cream and Assam tea.
TR W. • August 6, 2010Defnitely the best cinema in Manchester. DECENT prices, and often quiet, with a traditional art deco cinema design.
Paul L. • December 17, 2011Proper old fashioned theatre-style cinema with one screen. They still do an intermission half way through, with ice creams sold. Very spacious seats upstairs in the Circle, and only 5 quid each!
Anthony L. • May 7, 2012Prices are a bit steep but it's local and comparable to the larger chain multiplexes. You'll probably never queue except on Fri/Sat nights.
John S. • January 5, 2019Good place enjoyed the show I was in the audience for. Staff all very polite friendly and helpful.
Daniel R. • June 12A really enjoyable day out and fantastic to walk on the cobbles and see it for real - welcome centre and museum excellent and cafe good price and great food! Would happily visit again.
