Dan S. • October 14, 2015I had one Cafe harem. They serve it with some sparkling club soda(sparkling water). Make sure to say dolce if you want sugar in it, otherwise it's "amaro" ( bitter)

fdr • March 27, 2016Typical Neapolitan café. Order their speciality called 'caffe alla nocciola' (coffee with hazelnut) and drink while standing at the counter. At least that is how locals do it:)
