BostonTweet • November 23, 2010Bova's has the best pastries in the North End (without the line) and they're open 24 hours for when you need a cannoli at 3:47am.
Al S. • May 13, 2017One of the better bakeries in the North End. Authentic Italian breads, cookies and pizza. Seeded and braided rolls are perfect for a meatball/chicken Parmesan sandwich. Prices are very reasonable too.
Nancy B. • February 24, 2021My favorite bakery in Boston!! Fantastic cannoli!! It's CASH ONLY - so be prepared. Excellent cheesecake as well.
Christina G. • October 31, 2015Everything. Real Italian bakery, so delish. Cannoli are fresh filled when you order.
Rory B. • November 3, 2011THE place to watch European (Italian) soccer in Boston, they have all games available.
Josue E. • May 29, 2017Great old fashioned Italian bakery. Excellent ricotta pie. Great option when the line of tourists at Mike's gets out of control.
Johanna S. • September 29, 2017Solid pourover coffees from Portland's Stumptown (now owned by Pete's Coffee as of Oct. 2015). Pastries from local bakeries are middling/average in quality, but decent if you have a sweets craving
