Mike • April 7, 2017Although not old school, Smoque is king for BBQ in Chicago. It's impossible to go wrong here but first timers should stick to ribs and mac & cheese. (But my personal favorite is the pulled pork)

Tasting Table • March 3, 2016This French German steakhouse is a carnivore's dream come true. Go for their classic 55-day dry-aged rib eye and stay for the ingenious extras, like braised short rib beignets and leek spaetzle.
