Bob T. • July 17, 2019A nice park to visit but parking is very difficult. Suggest you walk, bike or ride the King St trolley. It’s an easy walk and on the Union Street bike route.
Mischa J. • June 7, 2018Great park for pretty much anything. I walk my dog, fly kites, see history, and so much more. They have basketball courts too. I wish they had lights because the park does not close until 10pm
Majed A. • March 31, 2020Nice small waterfront with some restaurants & cafes. Also, there are many food options near by. It good to visit in sun day to enjoy the view. Even it is not that big but it nice.
Gabi P. • August 22, 2017A lovely piece of history with well-kept a public garden although a bit small. This area is picturesque and would be perfect for senior or engagement photos. Prepare for street parking!
Markus T. • November 20, 2015A great spot to sit and relax! Lots of history surrounding! Very photogenic surrounding. Capital Bikeshare nearby. Many nice restaurants right across the street. Farmers market on the weekend.
Ricky P. • May 7, 2022I walked in and asked for a latte... That's all. Had the barista surprise me. I then set upstairs with an amazing view of Alexandria. A cute coffee shop with amazing staff. HIGHLY recommended.
Deb T. • September 10, 2013Ask for a tour by Richard, excellent guide & great storyteller!
invenTIFF • May 5, 2013Very peaceful, the sound of the water craahing on the rocks and the view is beautiful
