Michelle M. • November 5, 2016Awesome trails tucked away in the woods. Can walk on the walkway or go off trail and hike. Many hills, great workout. Plus, you can bring your dog. Walkways lead down to beach/railroad tracks.
Lynn S. • March 8, 2015Came on a quiet day. Park was fairly clean and its a decent beach on the bay for pups to play. Nice washing station for rinsing them off.
Lynn S. • March 8, 2015Nice dog park. Two sides for small and large dogs. Just wish it had grass instead of sand. Water, tennis balls and benches all there. Nice shade too!
Joseph C. • May 25, 2019Great place to visit. lots of history and nice beaches. $8 to get in or free w/national park service pass. Also good for a nice 2 1/2 hr round trip boat ride around the bay for about $18/person.
Bee O. • August 16, 2011Wheelchair-accessible ramps lead up to the pavilion and down to the beach. If your wheelchair doesn't have beach wheels, though, you'll be walking/crawling from there to the water.
Tanisha R. • August 14, 2018Not as busy as the off base beaches and it is right behind the lodge which is a plus if you are staying there.
Shelby R. • February 19, 2014FABULOUS!! Very easy to keep an eye on the kids. There is only one entrance to the park. There is also a hiking trail my kids love that circles a pond. Great for little explorers!
Annette B. • February 17, 2017Beautiful coastal park with an RV camp park site. Has huge pavilions for family fun & events plus lots of trails!
Bradford R. • May 30, 2016Beautiful vista. The slit windows produce rainbows on the walls like a slit lamp if you are there at the right time of day.
alexx • September 21, 2014Nice piece of history with the chimney stack and information on its history.
