Kareena H. • March 22, 2021I had the Pilsner beer with a grilled ham and cheese. So good! Definitely would come back!
Centinel822 .. • July 8, 2017I am very fond of their sours, particularly their West Brambleton. They are not afraid to experiment, and as a result you can get some really interesting beers here.
Mandy G. • November 7, 2019Grand opening coming Nov 9-10!
bill c. • January 19, 2022The beer and atmosphere are great. Not much concern about masking though if that is a concern. Felt too cavalier in the depths of omecron
Mikey K. • March 1, 2019Great new addition to the local craft beer scene. Cigar/cigarette smoking lounge, huge spacious tasting room, and two pool tables make this one of the most interesting breweries in Norfolk.
ᴡ S. • March 10, 2019I have visited many breweries in the US and overseas. I may be bias but the fact is the Big Ugly continues to deliver the best selection of beers for all tastes. A must stop!
Rick P. • June 19, 2018Must see craft brewery at Fort Monroe. Band was great plenty of room to stretch out and the beer was good.
Devin M. • June 2, 2012$5 to sample what they have on tap, and you get a free pint glass. Support local breweries!
Mike J. • September 11, 2017Best VB brewery. Unmatched creativity and flavor.
Mikey K. • June 16, 2023Bar-Q BBQ is only on Wednesday-Sundays
Tony Martin K. • September 15, 2018The food (typical bar food) was really excellent - and a very nice selection of beers. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. All you need!
Jacob G. • May 21, 2012I haven't had anything off the menu yet that I don't love: burgers, grits, fries, soups ... And try the O'Connor Brewery's Red Nun, Green Can or Irish Stout beers. All are delicious.
