Betony K. • March 14, 2015Beautiful gardens in the heart of Tokyo. The audio guide is a great way to learn more while you wander.
Jamie K. • October 6, 2016A beautiful park in the heart of a busy city! It was great to escape from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo's fast-paced lifestyle to be here at Rikugien Garden! Will visit again during autumn!
Jo • April 7, 2019Very nice little garden surrounded by the busy streets of the Tokyo dome area. They have flowers blooming in almost every season and also some historic elements.
Rachel K. • July 4, 2017I think the 500¥ is worth it. Beautiful gardens and bonsai trees near the tea house. Could sit here for hours, even in the summer heat.
R S. • November 18, 2012The park includes an old western-style building, a rose garden, and a Japanese-style garden.
Tracy L. • January 24, 2023winter illumination is quite enjoyable, beautiful lights and animation with nice music, good for photos and take a stroll around the area. https://t.co/SLxRjxD1oq
Abdal • November 26, 2013This is a Japanese Garden just besides the Four Seasons Hotel. Small but really nice
Ronald • December 5, 2014This garden has plenty of scenic views, a peaceful atmosphere and is well designed. It's a pleasure for the eye where ever you look. A must visit if you are interested in garden photography.
nicole j.
laki0814 • October 1, 2022Literally “The Garden of hundreds of flowers.” ‘Hyak’ means a hundred, ‘ka’ means a flower, and ‘en’ means a garden.
Carlnjpn G. • August 31, 2011Great place for Beer and/or Sake. There is also a very nice TOFU resturant there. Wonderful place to visit in the Fall as the leaves change to display Brillent Colors!!
David C. • September 22, 2012Nice garden in the heart of Tokyo, a bit too close to the JR train station though. Lots of foreign tourists here.
Korrina D. • June 4, 2018The best gardens I’ve been to in Tokyo so far. Lots of shade and lovely neat grass to rest on.
K B. • April 20, 2024Not so much a garden but a lawn that’s almost entirely cordoned off! How disappointing
K B. • April 4, 2019Small free garden located on the grounds of the hotel open to anyone. A bit crowded with sightseers
Daichi • February 6, 2016In the plum blossom season, valuable to visit. Here isn't very big garden, after watching, you can also go around Ikegami temples. It's could be a great experience for foreigners.
