Paige C. • July 30, 2019Finally on the UES! Very friendly staff. Delicious desserts, breads and coffee! The cookies are bigger than the scones!
Mario P. • April 10, 2011Try the whole grain bread. It is worth the cost, as it lasts for weeks in the fridge and tastes amazing toasted with avocado and cheese
Selina M. • February 11, 2018Totally gluten-free and diary-free bakery - simply awesome! I have chosen the apple crumble cake and the brownie: both were yummy and moisty!
Gothamist • March 23, 2017The best Black and White in town is on the Upper East Side, at kosher bakery William Greenberg. Here the sweet, intense fondant is spread thick and the cookie part is firm enough to qualify as such.
Serious Eats • December 4, 2013Pretty import of the French bakery that makes the best macarons in New York.
Paige C. • June 6, 2018Very cute (but hidden) bakery. Their coffee is pretty weak, but their baked goods and croissants are delicious.
The Corcoran Group • August 18, 2011Banana Mille Feuille: This Upper East Side high-end bakery describes this as "a thousand leaves. Puff pastry baked and layered with fresh cream custard and fresh bananas dusted with icing sugar."
AmateurConcierge • July 16, 2022Really good breads (baguette and Jerusalem bagel) but what you really wanna hit is these soft scramble croissants
Paige C. • December 30, 2022Delicious croque madame! A great place to sit for a while, work, meet friends, and have delicious coffee and food.
Tash C. • March 22, 2014Raspberry linzer cookie is delicious.
Allison E. • February 1, 2014Cookies are warm. Cookies come in pizza boxes. Cookies get delivered until 3am. Me want cookie.
Paige C. • March 17, 2019Wonderful addition to the neighborhood! Delicious pastries and breakfast dishes. A nice space to dine inside or just grab a coffee to go.
Karen • February 16, 2020Everything is $2. Just get a large coffee, even if you’re feeling like a small.
Anthony C. • August 19, 2017Best gluten free bakery I've been to. The range of goods were fantastic. Very Parisian chic.
Carine S. • January 14, 2019This Belgian chain of bakery prides itself in simple and good food. Good breakfasts and salads. No surprise as it’s the same menu all around the world
Darren K • December 29, 2012$7 for a half gallon of milk?...I'll pass. I'm usually in here to browse and grab some bakery samples. But I get out quick before Eli tries to rob me of my cash. The bread is solid though.
Alida Rose • November 21, 2012Great grab-to-go food. Its a bit pricey, but its all very good. My recommendation is their butternut squash soup. Its to die for.
Emilie • April 19The Olive oil mini muffins/bundt cake/cake and the PDQ cheese breads are the best! You can also get a warm bacon egg and cheese PDQ if you need comfort brunch/lunch.
Paige C. • April 29, 2023Pretty tight squeeze and hard to get a table. My latte took forever but I would love to come back and try a freshly baked pastry.
Gaston B. • November 5, 2016The berries and cream waffle is one of the best!
Paul F. • June 24, 2015Their coffee is good. Bakery items are also good. Though it IS Lex & 70th so expect to spend way more then you should.
