Reggie J. • December 16, 2014A small intimate coffee house with a East Village feel. Across the street from CCNY. Be aware that the lines can go out the door when school is in session even during the winter. One of my favs.😀
Nikolai C. • February 7, 2015Best spot for coffee at Columbia! Get a Blue Bottle latte, or if you're hungry the kale salad.
Adrienne C. • July 27, 2015Since it's re-brand Kissaten has become a staple of the neighborhood. Offering Stumptown coffee, decent pastries & a great lunch/dinner menu there's a lot to love. Plus the staff is great!
Jennifer Y. • November 22, 2017USB and power plugs found at the bar. $18 bottled cocktails for 2 which amounts to two pours per person. Good value and great space!
Joe M. • September 17, 2019Great neighborhood gem! Service is great. If you’re doing just coffee and desserts, get an iced chai latte and any pie!
L. T. • September 19, 2019Great space with great pricing and good products. Widest variety of snacks out of all the other locations I’ve been to - but still only 2 vegan snack options.
Nancy E. • March 23, 2017This is a great place to get a quick bite to eat. Amazing sandwiches on fresh baguettes or focaccia at a really good price. This is my favorite go to for food on campus. I've never been disappointed.
Harlem A. • January 17, 2015Right next to Mama K's is an add'l cafe with soon to come backyard seating, art and wifi. There are monthly art openings. Gargantuan space. Needs more tables. Ethiopian specialties. No wine bar yet.
Kate M. • June 15, 2016Best place to work in the neighborhood! Tons of tables, unlimited wifi, plenty of plugs, a nice big work table in the back. Also love the birds' nests.
MayHem a. • May 27, 2021this is a great morning destination with the quick morning walk through Morningside Park. Its the best UnStarbucks around.
Sólveig S. • September 2, 2015My favorite cafe in NY. Coffee and the Napoleon...
Gabriel M. • October 12, 2016SIPA's new café. Great space, decent coffee and service. It can get very crowded during lunch hours.
Harlem A. • May 29, 2014Created by the owner of X-cafe uptown, and hidden amongst the construction plots, is an oasis of calm. Come for panini, soups, salads and other lunchables. Much cheaper than nearby options. Peaceful.
