Gina C. • January 16, 2011If you want a cardio workout that will KICK your butt, try anyone of Amie's classes. I personally recommend Turbokick on Tuesdays at 5:30pm and Zumba Fitness on Thursdays at 6:30pm

Mark S. • July 18, 2010Membership is good at all Wichita YMCA locations. This location has gyms, indoor/outdoor pool and water park, and an indoor sports complex.
