AlAnoud A A. • February 27, 2022God their pancakes are good! So good, the perfect crunch to fluffiness ratio and the toppings are fresh👌🏻 whole ambiance is great, welcoming staff and fast service. Benedicts, waffles and bakery😍
Ting • February 20, 2016Wow, this chewy cookie is on par or even better than Schmackery's. Less sweet too. Warm out of the oven double chocolate chunk is delicious!
Charles G. • August 13, 2015Petra makes some awesome pies. Trust me, you can't go wrong (that crust is to die for), and you absolutely can eat two slices.
Roniel T. • August 15, 2018This place is lovely, but compared to the other bakeries in the city, it's prettier than it tastes
Jenny U. • September 13, 2020Love everything I’ve tried here. I like the baguette sandwiches (ham and turkey so far 👌🏼) and then the almond or ham and gruyere croissants are yummy. I also love that they sell half loaves!
citizenM • October 15, 2014Babycakes is a tiny little bakery on Broome Street that undoubtedly makes the best chocolate chip cookies in the city. The best part: All their products are 100% natural, vegan and organic.
Zach Aarons • April 11, 2012If you like a Knish, this is the best place to go. Get the kasha Knish or the original. (3 of 4 petals via Fondu)
Wesley B. • February 18, 2015Super cheap, quick, small bites. Great for lunch. Get one of the small sandwiches and definitely some pork & thousand year egg congee!
Aaron P. • October 24, 2017AMAZING PLACE!! I love this place, and I do mean love. The treats and snacks are amazing. AND, at an average of 1$ per treat it won't break the bank!! EAT HERE!!
Margarita C. • July 20, 2012One of the cleanest bakeries in Chinatown and freshest baked buns and cookies. A real gem!
MP C. • October 21, 2016Ordered an egg croissant and it was delicious! It had like 2 eggs, bacon and cheese. Also ordered "rellenos de yuca" and "empanadillas de queso". Everything extremely cheap and delicious!
Swift S. • September 23, 2017Rice rolls, egg tarts, and steamed buns. All delicious, affordable, and big portions.
Ina L. • September 18, 2015Great little Chinese bakery for some fresh warm egg tarts and to go lunch combos!
Modelinia • August 25, 2010Taylor Warren votes this bakery the best place in the city for cupcakes. She recommends the red velvet variety, and for $1.50 a pop it’s easy to stock up on seconds, and thirds!
Linda • March 5, 2014Best steamed big bun! No other bakery makes it w/ bamboo shoots, egg, and Chinese sausage inside. The spare ribs over rice is also affordable and filling. Comes w/ veggies and fried egg for $3.50.
Greg W. • December 3, 2012Get a "dai bao" (big bun) here. It has Chinese sausage, egg and mushroom in it. Best I've found in ctown so far.
