DeEtta • December 11, 2011Great staff and nice hotel. Stay on the south side, away from the dogs. And check out the roof. Nic
V. S. • March 5, 2017Brand new, modern, nice size rooms, available parking lots, walk to everything, and great staff.
Rachel K. • July 10, 2016Don't let the budget brand name keep you from staying here. Hotel is new and quite beautiful for a holiday inn. Convenient location to trains/food. Fraction of price compared to lower Manhattan
Jon M. • November 27, 2018Really don’t know why this has a bad rep. Such a nice hotel, great check-in, welcome gift and staff. Cool aesthetic. Awesome 👏🏼
Victor D. • May 10, 2013Great new hotel. Water pressure was iffy but in general had a great experience there. Would recommend highly. Only one subway stop from Manhattan. Convenient location.
Yuriy Y. • August 4, 2019Excellent hotel, probably the best of dozens and dozens of Manhattan hotels we have stayed at. Budget-friendly. 2 very good restaurants, Augistine by Chef Markus Glocker and Temple Court.
Michael C. • August 14, 2019Love the location. Have been to this area in several years. AC is a nice addition to the many options available in the city that never sleeps.
Nicole R. • August 20, 2017Awesome place! Simply the best continental breakfast delivered from the neighborhood to the hotel. Really cool glass wall separates bathroom from bedroom. Meow:) @NicoleRovig
Gordon W. • February 27, 2016If you are into the grittier side of NYC, the Lower Eastside is the place to hang out. And the Ludlow is the best hotel in the LES. Hip but not too hip with just enough old school around the edges.
Adam P. • December 16, 2014This hotel is nothing special but gets the job done. My rooms was freezing - but if you're looking for a cheap stop in Brooklyn it will do. Don't base your NYC stay around here.
John A. • December 28, 2015Modern reno boutique hotel.. Easy feel and beautiful large windows make this a great stay in the city in many seasons.
Shawn Ryan R. • August 23, 2017Beautiful hotel with an amazing atmosphere! Beautiful views and great service
The Corcoran Group • October 9, 2013This Robert de Niro-owned boutique hotel has great service, great food (be sure to check out Locanda Verde), and great beds. What more could we want in a hotel?
Brian S. • June 6, 2023Thoroughly enjoyable. An excellent coffee shop and a speakeasy on site. The rooms are modern and tiny. Each crammed with a king bed. It’s laughable until you find that you’re loving it.
Autumn C. • June 25, 2019Such a cute hotel with the friendliest staff and thoughtful amenities. Love the Butler service to easily order room service (fairly priced!) via iPad in room, water bottle for the coffee machine, etc.
Chris P. • October 17, 2012Great hotel. A bit loud, but no more so than any main road hotel. Great showers. Complimentary breakfast mornings and wine & cheese evenings. Friendly staff. Strongly recommend.
Paige C. • September 26, 2017Beautiful hotel with incredible outdoor spaces & terraces. Super dog friendly.
Rob D. • March 3, 2012*the* most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, in my life. Very hip hotel - stylish minimalist rooms & excellent, super-helpful concierges. Great mix of style & substance - uber-cool lounge too.
Jason K. • August 9, 2014Very nice hotel in a good location. Clean, nice rooms, and large for the price. Bar has a great whiskey selection.
Jill H. • August 20, 2013Love this hotel and the service is top notch. If you're a light sleeper though, be forewarned - the atrium lets up noise all night (music, elevators, etc.).
Brian C. • March 28, 2012I've stayed in many hotels in NYC and the Thompson LES is one of my favorites.
