Paul T. • October 17, 2017Beautiful modern theater with excellent acoustics and no bad seats. Arrive a little early to check-out the historical articles and pictures from past productions on the interior walls.
Penina M. • June 27, 2014It's one of my favorite venues in LA. The place is big, spacious, clean and has plenty of seating. It's close to Staples Center, there is a mall near and plenty of restaurants nearby. - Penina Mezei
Jana L. • July 29, 2013Lovely theater! Snap a few pictures in the lobby. A warning - no pictures in the theater, so be fast if you're the rule breaking type. Cheap and yummy dinner across the street at Chicken Dijon.
LAist • December 30, 2014The hotel opened back in January to much fanfare, in part due to the incredible design by Commune. Check out their rooftop bar with leather lounge chairs and cow hide rugs. The cocktails are great too
Paul T. • May 15, 2023Not a bad seat in the house. The seats are cushy but the seats are weird and force you to slouch. Lovely theater overall.
Doug d. • November 9, 2015Magical! From the lobby to the mezzanine, the building is stunningly beautiful! If you have a chance to tour or attend and event here, do it; you'll feel as if you've discovered a lost treasure.
Zan • May 10, 2018They serve wine 🍷 at some of their shows. This is a really beautiful venue with a very professional crew running it.
Gautham B. • December 31, 2013Take the guided tour. Its worth it. The guides are great and if you're a film buff, you'll appreciate the info.
Joshua V. • February 23, 2016Beautiful Theater! I went here to see Marianne Williamson speak. It is stunning inside and has lots of good parking options outside.
Los Angeles • December 5, 2013On the first floor Grand Lobby and Fourth Floor are galleries open to the public seven days per week.
Rick S. • November 17, 2015Beautiful historic Los Angeles theater - amazing bands, amazing sound, amazing venue!
Greg W. • December 30, 2012The boutiquey design of the venue and the experience is awesome. Even the bathrooms. There's flavored syrups for the free coffee. It's super welcoming for newcomers. Find yourself at home here.
Anahid S. • August 29, 2010Attend Dominic Hoffman's one man show "Last Fare" - brilliant theatre! The writing and acting is superb. Only 5 more shows left so try and see it!
Tony B. • May 6, 2018I have a degree in theater, but I learned more here then in four years of college.
Stephen J. • October 2, 2009Go to UCB Theater on Tuesday nights for Comedy Death-Ray, the best night of stand-up in LA, just $5. (Buy tickets on Fridays at noon. They sell out fast!)
Jack G. • January 23, 2016Great, small, local theater in L.A.! The shows are always top-notch! Also, the summer teen acting intensive is also one of the best real programs I've been in.
LAist • September 4, 2015Antaeus offers exquisite interpretations of great plays from the American and global dramatic repertory as well as theatrical adaptations of literary classics.
Karl H. • December 5, 2015Intense, professional improv. Slightly less bizarre and experimental than UCB.
Sandrene M. • November 25, 2014Great coffee. Even better staff. And the theatre room where they do comedy is awesome.
Darlene J. • July 16, 2017Shuttle to the theater! Beautiful setting & Great seats! Staff are friendly & Helpful!
