- David OstrowApril 24, 2017Love views of Millenium Park from rooms facing So. Service is always good, this time everyone responded quickly and effectively to my requests. This is still the best option in Streeterville.
- ValerieMarch 24, 2013If you're driving and want to save some money on parking, park in the Aon Center garage or the Prudential garage, which are right next to the hotel. Hotel parking is $58/24 hours, garages are ~$32.
- In the Lobby of the Fairmont you can find a wine place known as Oenology which is a great place to grab a glass of wine! Also their in house Sushi place has winesicles!
- Peter TrapassoJune 15, 2013Nice view from our room. You can see a bit of Lake Michigan and Millennium Park too. And wouldn't you know it, the hotel just happens to have a wine theme.Upvoted Oct 8
- Fran KingOctober 10, 2013Great staff! If you get the deep dish pizza with room service make sure you're with someone. Lots of food for one personUpvoted Oct 7
- Great location in downtown Chicago. People are friendly and ambiance is great. Le labo amenities are awesome!
- K KJuly 15, 2016Amazing staff!! Hotel is very nice and in a great location. Close to the the bean :)
- Rooms are comfortable and modern. However, the Enology wine bar and Aria restaurant aren't good...no draft beers anywhere on sight. Luckily, Filini, the restaurant across the street is awesome.
- Earth Hour Illinois 2012March 29, 2012During Earth Hour, Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park will go dark in the lobby and restaurants and will donate $1 to WWF for each every Earth Hour wine flight, cheese flight and cocktail sold.
- Don't buy shots at this bar and look at the receipt. Monica the bartender is a great entertainer however so it makes it all worth it. Shower and wi fi suck otherwise a nice hotel
- Karen CookOctober 11, 2011Suites are beautiful, worth the upgrade if you are here for a few nights. Had a perfect view of the marathon start line, best place to stay for the race.
- Nikole FuquaMarch 21, 2015Newly renovated. Doormen are fantastic!! Cvs right across the street, open till midnight.
- Have stayed here many times and overall I really like it. However, I agree that water pressure in the shower isn't great and depending what room you're in, the walls are super thin. Boo!
- FarazOctober 27, 2012Have the concierge call and make a reservation for the architecture tour. Much easier than waiting in line or booking online.
- technicolor_catMarch 13, 2013Pros: close to Millennium Park, Navy Pier & the Theater District. Valets are the most personable & knowledgeable staff there. Cons: mediocre rooms, unhelpful front desk attendants & unreliable wifi.
- nora walkerMay 6, 2022How a hotel doesn’t have outlets and hdmi inputs next to the bed in 2022 is beyond me…
- LindsayJuly 1, 2012Great hotel. Sign up for the President's Club (it's free!!) to get access to free wifi and the gym.
- Grant Park Music FestivalJune 7, 2013Use your Festival member card to get 15% discount of services at mySpa at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park.
- Rashad KhalilovMay 1, 2019For a nicer view, need to get higher floor. Its an old building, thus incomparable with new built hotels, but its fine for its age.
- Matt DuffJune 8, 2012This room had a secret drawer in the desk full of tasty treasures. It's also where the coffee maker is.
- Amy CummingsApril 16, 2023The location isn’t the best compared to some of the other hotels in the area.
- MasterCardMay 16, 2012Never want to leave your comfy bed? Enjoy a late checkout, for all MasterCard premium cardholders.
- I've been to various Fairmont hotels. This is my least favorite. Don't judge Fairmont by this hotel.
- Erin HeilmeierAugust 14, 2010Rooms on the south side of the building have a great view of Millenium Park/Buckingham Fountain /Lake Michigan
- Rat Pack SummitDecember 17, 2011Anybody thats somebody will be at The Joynt Chgo.Tomorrow night. Catch The Rat Pack at 8pm. Tickets $10 or buy at the door.
- Greg JungersOctober 28, 2012Oh wow is this overpriced. I would much rather stay at a "red roof inn" than this place. Service makes you feel like you don't belong and you aught to be slumming it. Have fun 1%. This place blows
- Steve MillerMay 17, 2010To add to my previous comment, there's a couple making out right now in the lobby bar. Everything here screams tacky. At least the company is paying for my stay here.
- Deanna LoveladyJune 10, 2011Join the presidents club and no room charge to use workout equipment in spa
- Hotel is nice, although not as luxurious as the others. Maybe I have just been here too many times this year already!
