- Mike WinstonJune 24, 2014As incredibly good as the real deal BBQ spots in Texas and I don't take that statement lightly. Don't miss the Beef Brisket, Sausage, and Beef Short Ribs. Read all about it on WinstonWanders below!! Read more
- Treats ThreadsMay 12, 2014Prepare for waits in summer closer to weekend. Do not be afraid of sides, they are the truth
- A sausage a day keeps the doctor away. Worth the wait. Go with a group and try everything.
- Kara TJanuary 28, 2017I don't eat pork, so not too many options... Brisket was good, there's no Mac n Cheese. Place seems overrated, and I'm a big BBQ fan.
- Mike JohnsonApril 25, 2017Brisket like and angel's song. Buy a gallon of beer and be the hero at your table.

- RcLAOctober 20, 2015Good food but be prepared to wait, and outside. Fine in the summer but not so nice in the winter.
- Ray LinFebruary 6, 2015The lines get long, but's it's worth it. Divide and conquer is the best way to go: beer pitcher duty, table duty and brisket/pulled pork/ribs duty. Execute to perfection.
- Adam CookMarch 1, 2011Pork cheek is a must if they happen to have it. Hands down favorite. Sounds strange...but its pretty Keith.
- Shaun RiceFebruary 16, 2013I am literally amazed at how slow this line moves. It is worth it, but amazingly slow.
- Rachael KnudsenAugust 26, 2009Skip the ribs and brisket and go straight for the boneless beef rib instead - not always on the menu so when you see it, grab it! The German style potato salad is also great.
- GoerlitzApril 28, 2010Not the most visible or flashy location - and that's perfect for this concept. Fette Sau is definitely worth going out of your way to visit, if you like high quality pork and beer!
- Great meat, sides are a bit lacking. But let's be honest, you're here for the meat.

- The pork belly is to die for. A must have when you go there.
- You cannot go wrong. Went with a Texan and an Arkansan and both agreed it's legit. Sad you have to pay extra for pickles and coleslaw, though. Leave smelling like delicious smoke.
- hanna fOctober 1, 2010Thursday night they roast a whole pig and sell all the pieces. Get there super early if want the best cuts!
- Rob WawrzynczakAugust 26, 2017Had a lot of promise, but brisket was dry, ribs nothing special and very overpriced and overrated.
- Vanessa GatlinDecember 10, 2013BBQ Brisket and whiskey. I must have been very good in a past life or something.
- Jjjj EeeeJune 22, 2013The lines are long but the food is dangerously good. Don't let you hunger dictate your order!
- Lamb ChiroApril 14, 2013Get a little of everything. Skip the sausage. Flights of whiskeys and beers in mason jars rule.
- How To Make It In AmericaFebruary 5, 2010Fette Sau serves up a rotating menu of pork and beef ribs that leads some to tag it as the best BBQ in Brooklyn, if not NYC.
- Jenny GregoryNovember 5, 2013On Free Williamsburg's 20 Best Restaurants in Williamsburg, Greenpoint and Bushwick
- Jonathan L.February 23, 2019I wasn't impressed. They store the cooked meats under heat lamps which completely dries out the brisket and ribs.
- Lovely BBQ, of course. But there's also a fantastic beer selection and whiskey flights!
