Fireflour has some of the best coffee in town. I regularly stop in to get a Miel. It's not the quickest place to grab a cup of joe but it's worth the wait. Their pizza is just as fantastic.

Best coffee in Bismarck by far! Serving brew to order coffees and espresso drinks from Dogwood Coffee Co., I can always rely on Fireflour for a taste of brilliant third-wave coffee. Great pizza, too!

One of my favorite spots to eat at. Amazing Neapolitan pizzas, incredible salads and soups, the tastiest gelatos, fresh-baked sweets and handcrafted coffees. Also great wines, as well as beers.

This the best pizza I’ve ever had! It is ready in no time and the thin crust takes away some of the guilt in calories.
