Amazing tap list, great selection of packaged craft beer, and a decent space out back for events (Pale Pauper Day!). So sad that they have to close up shop.

Loads of craft beers on draft and plenty in bottles as well. They host many beer related events featuring local breweries. My husband and I sometimes travel here from Bucktown for the special events.

It’s a dive bar! It’s a liquor store! It’s both. Friday through Sunday, resident food truck The Wagyu Wagon (for real, they bought it) fires up burgers to provide a base for more beer drinking. Read more

Excellent beer selection and the bar has some crafts for cheaper than other places. Most beer prices are close to usual retail. Overall the selection and friendly staff make this an A+.

From talking to an employee here, it seems like they might be moving a few blocks south on Milwaukee after their Sunday, July 17th closure, & final day. Crossing fingers that does end up occurring!
