- Severe lack of food options. Free wifi. Usually short lines for security.
- Things move along generally well. Not a huge airport at all
- Chrissy V.January 2, 2011Lots of outlets in the terminals within reach of the seating. Very convenient for charging electronics before a flight!!
- Stephanie DeDeckerApril 19, 2018Nothing special about the airport - it is your last chance to bring home coffee or beignet mix from Cafe Du Monde
- Darin BushmanJuly 15, 2014Don't bother attempting to set in the Uncomfortable customer seating. Might as well have a seat on the granite floor. I'm thinking they bought these from the lowest bidder.
- Fred OmarSeptember 9, 2012In a constant state of renovation. The only saving grace is getting beads when you arrive... :-p
- Tom EldonDecember 26, 2017Worst destination city airport I’ve been to recently. Feels like a regional airport not near the standards of modern airports like TPA, PHX, PHL or CHL.

- Laura BraunsteinJuly 28, 2013They replaced the PJ's outside concourse C with a Dunkin Donuts #tragicloss
- Crystal-AnnSeptember 20, 2010There are no places to eat after your concourse check in. Also be prepaired to say by to loved ones early bc security is done before you can get to your concourse. Lame!
- Mid-renovations, hopefully for the better, not that there's anywhere to go but up. Dirty and with some of the most limited dining options I have ever seen.
- Easy to navigate but not great food options in the D terminal
- SamsoniteMay 3, 2011View the real New Orleans music scene with a spectacular collection of jazz photographs in Concourse C.
- 1MCGAugust 7, 2019No matter how many times I say hello or good morning no one speaks back. They look at you like your crazy and mean.
- Jeff BennettMarch 22, 2013Arrive early for your flight!! Though a pretty airport, it's run like a total disaster sadly.
- Jessica LinFebruary 3, 2014Terminal D: go to Ye Olde College Inn and get the crawfish monica omelete

- AD NysFebruary 3, 2011It's unanimous: you'll either love or hate this airport. Your opinion may be strongly influenced by how you feel about fried chicken.
- @NO_Airport - free WIFI is no bargain; it's so slow. Food court is really bad. Don't expect anything past security; certainly eat before you arrive. Security lines aren't bad.
- StephJune 26, 2013Pretty nice terminal, one of the few airports with wifi... Lazy ass security agents
- Amanda AldrichNovember 1, 2011There are slim pickins for lunch/dinner options in Concourse D. Eat before you clear security.
- Dean GomersallMarch 12, 2013Get it together NOLA! You shouldn't have to go through security between flts. What brainiac made this happen??
