If you are staying in a hotel downtown, the shuttle is $36 round-trip. Info near baggage claim.

Upon arrival if you need a cab don't get one downstairs by baggage claim. Stay upstairs where they drop off and catch a cab thats leaving.

Worst airport in the world. There's NO FOOD ANYWHERE. Everywhere is closed before 10am. There's no coffee place. I can't even put into words how God awful this place is.

Terminals are NOT connected. Be sure you are at correct security checkpoint for your gate. DON'T be sneaky and go to different checkpoint to avoid long lines. Security lines actually move very fast.

I'm an avid traveller. Fly all across the nation on a yearly basis... This has to be the absolute WORST airport that I've been to in the states. Hands down. It's cluttered and small.
