    "酒田・余目地域に伝わるあとがけソース焼きそばのお店。デカい。とにかくデカい。海苔も2人前で一袋使うレベル。そして肉が特に美味い。麺もモチモチしてて楽しい。並盛でもお腹いっぱい（写真は焼肉の中盛）　「庄内シルク焼きそば」としてB級グルメフェスにも出店。夕方は鶴岡の「ゆぽか」で焼き鳥焼いています。"
