Allen Arcade: Bacon wrapped filet. Yes please. Folks from many countries including those from South America all hail the goodness that is Fogo. After all these years, it has yet to be beaten in Churasscaria's.
Allen Arcade: Sunday brunch is spectacular! Mexican hot chocolate, lamb, baby back ribs, stuffed peppers, tres leches everything, excellent service, live music... Go now.
Allen Arcade: Worth the drive from the "city". They have separate prices for "hot food only" and everything. The service is nice. Handmade rolls for no extra charge unlike Tokyo One where they just refuse to...
Allen Arcade: Consistently good food and service. Not the best Thai food in town but above average, family friendly, and fair price. The egg plant with fish is awesome as is the tarot root cake with bean sprouts.
Allen Arcade: What this Chinese buffet lacks in the number of dishes, they make up for with quality. Quality is often not the 1st thing most ppl think of with Chinese buffets. Friendly staff and family friendly.
Allen Arcade: Good combo Japanese hot dishes and sushi. Neither is top notch but together makes for a good variety of Japanese themed buffet. The udon bar and seafood selection is like a cruise ship dinner.
Allen Arcade: This place is a hidden gem in plain sight. Far from it's Golden Corral mass feed roots, SteaKountry offers a wide variety of Mexican favorites from menudo to pupusa, and carnitas to ceviche. Try it!
Allen Arcade: Their chicken satay and Thai fried rice are some of the best around. Their Thai fried rice tops my previous favorite version of it from Khun Khai Thai on Montrose. The DEA needs to investigate. ;)
Allen Arcade: Todai has had it's up and downs over the years. They've lost their core competency with great seafood and descent sushi. If you want to revisit this genre, try Tokyo One or Kirin 2.
Allen Arcade: 2nd only to Fogo de Chao. It is slightly behind Texas de Brazil but we don't have one in Houston. However, the atmosphere is better than both of them and the price is a lot less.
