Best seafood in Hong Kong without question! Ferry from Blakes Pier leaves at 11 on weekends and public holidays, or get a ride on a junk with friends. Lovely scenic hiking trails too - Great day out!
Infamous. Not cheap - but quality and good value for money when you go with a large group. Sizzling chilli prawns a must.
The second best deep fried squid in Hong Kong, second only to Ming Kee on Po Toi. Eat by the water and open air and make sure you order the chili prawns and garlic and ginger grouper.
The *best* value for money dim sum in town. Consistently good - always cooked fresh and the char siu bau are divine. The tater-tot like Turnip in XO sauce cubes are utterly fantastic.
Seriously good 'Ju Pa Faan' - marinated pork chops on rice with egg, veg, or tomato sauce. Cheap, quick and very cheerful. Pork chop buns are also very good. Lunchtime fav.
The white sangria is delicious, and the traditional tapas are very authentic. Reminded me of when I used to live in Barcelona!
