- Ian HummelDecember 21, 2011Don't go here during Nov-Jan expecting to have a drink at one of the "largest bourbon bars in the country". It's closed down and turned into a damn gingerbread house. They won't tell you this though..
- Be prepared to wait for the elevator. Give yourself at least ten extra minutes
- Had to wait for an hour just for maintenance to arrive so they could fix a broken lock after I got locked out of my room for a second time.

- Good luck getting cell service in the Conference Center. WiFi is not free and it is not good either.
- Marybeth StewartApril 25, 2011We were promised a crib for our 3 month old. Instead, we got a playpen with a full size flat sheet. I am very disappointed. The suite is lovely though.
- The sandollar limousine is a rip off any way you look at it.
- I didn't have sheets on the pull out bed... But they quickly brought some up to me.
