- Stephen FrancisMarch 5, 2011You can't miss -- everything is yummy. My favorite Indian restaurant in Brooklyn (and I'm a Brit who grew up on the cuisine), one of the best anywhere in NYC. Short on atmosphere, but lovely owners.
- LOVE this place. love the service, love the food, love the price. nothing to complain about here. its hard to find service like this in NYC. food is also top quality.

- Order anything on the menu. All their food is superb. The owners are wonderful, and treat customers like valued family.
- Try the Palaka Soup, the Malabar Curry, the Kumra Jhinga, the Peshwari Naan & the Rasmalai! You won't regret it! Also, their spice tea with milk is yummy!

- Chicken makhani- order it with nuts and raisins! Well spiced even when ordered mild. Also a masala chai is a must.

- Pasha LyubovAugust 16, 2015BAD FOR FOOD ALLERGIES! - After explaining I had a serious dairy allergy and picking a safe dish with the waiter (vegetable biryani) it arrived with yogurt and cheese in it. THEY STILL CHARGED ME!
- Bring cash, the credit card machine isn't working. And try the Tikka Masala lamb or chicken, you can't go wrong.
- One more thing: the crab madras. HOLY CRAP AWESOME. real crab and $12? Sold!
- Plenty of Rich tasting dishes to choose from. Excellent service and very clean
