The pork buns are good. As was the service (got free shumai for the longer wait for or Gyoza!). Get the Gyoza. The ramen was very flavorful. This place has a unique spin and flare to their ramen. 4/5

The Tori Shio sea salt chicken broth is awesome. It is the best chicken broth I have had. If you are trying to get over a cold and craving ramen the Tori Shio is calling your name.

Get your hands on some buns, dumplings (the gyoza and shumai are both winners), and spicy miso ramen. No reservations, so come around 4PM on a weekend before the Barclay's pre-show dinner crowd.

Everything was tasty. Try the Triple Shrimp Ramen and the veggie spring rolls. Others around me had wings and other types of ramen that looked great too!

If you don't eat pork this is the ramen place for you. They have more options pork free than any other I have found. The crab wontons are also packed full.

Crisp, lacy gyoza w/classic dipping sauce - the best in town. Ramen-wise, kakuni broth is light + flavorful; spicy miso + triple shrimp MUCH heartier. (Ask for the deep fried shrimp on the side tho')

Everything about this meal was on point. The spicy miso soup had just the right level of heat and the soup was so delicious! Def must return!

The closet and best ramen place for Downtown Brooklyners! Absolutely love it. Try the gyoza and pork buns... They melt in your mouth. Spicy ramen is good although I prefer 'Stamina'.

Guys! Everything. Everything's awesome. Get the braised short rib buns, braised short rib ramen, and triple shrimp ramen. All too good. And the oyster stout beer from Japan. Cool ambience and service.

Hear me out. This place is good, but not the best value. Kinda pricey. Gyoza good, but not mind blowing (get 1/2 order). Pork buns were spicy as a mo fo - the miso flavor burned my nostrils. Yowzers!

Ramen is good and a little on the softer side. Buns are pretty good (there are specials sometimes) but the gyozas are unbelievable. Probably the best out there. Hand-made, crispy, extremely meaty.

Ganso Shoyu was smooth and almost creamy. Just the right amount of noodles and broth for a lunch bite, but I should have gotten an extra egg half. Friendly and helpful staff make this a nice place.

The place that changed my mind about ramen completely. Forget about your experience of eating cheap ramen noodles in college. This place is a a gem of a Japanese restaurant. Definitely gotta try!

New fall menu! Get the buttery mushrooms, shrimp ramen if you like things spicy, wings, and the gyoza. Also, the vegetarian ramen is actually real nice; meaty tofu strips with a milky broth

Once you get a table (relatively small space), the food is excellent. We tried the short rib buns, gyoza and spicy miso and all were amazing! Don't forget to try the salted caramel ice cream!

The spicy miso was pretty good...Although if you're a huge spicy fan, ask for the spice powder to add yourself. The appetizers are where it's at though: chicken wings, shrimp Shimai and the dumplings!

Don't miss the gyoza, stunning with crispy fried "wings" and a spicy side dip. Curry may not be why you came, but now on the dinner menu topped w short rib it's marvelous.

"Stamina" is delicious, but not your traditional ramen. You will be stoked you got the short rib starter. Ask for their hot sauce, more flavorful than spicy so go crazy with it

They do a great job on their noodle texture for the ramens, I prefer the miso based ramens. Get the gyoza but despite the tips on the pork buns absolutely don't get them - super dry and lacks flavor.
