    They never have enough towels! It grosses me out, because I can't clean off equipment. Other than that, I like this place. It's a straight forward gym!

    This gym is nice because it is open 24/7 but the other gyms in Ashburn and Sterling are much nicer since the equipment is brand new.

    Fellas-- when ladies are present (or ever) please don't grunt and/or make moaning noises while lifting. Also, don't belch in between sips of your protein shake. Nasty.

    If you use a Locker get a Lock on it. If not then don't be pissed when you find your crap thrown on the floor. Or worse it gets stolen. Don't be a cheap skate!
