- They never have enough towels! It grosses me out, because I can't clean off equipment. Other than that, I like this place. It's a straight forward gym!
- This gym is nice because it is open 24/7 but the other gyms in Ashburn and Sterling are much nicer since the equipment is brand new.
- If you're a metalhead like myself, don't go in the mornings unless you have headphones. The music selection at that time will make you cry.
- If it takes you longer than 45 mins to complete your w/o not including cardio: your either yakin or gawkin to much or you have no idea what your doing in the 1st place!
- ProTip: if you're on the stair master and you're hanging from the railings... You're not doing it right... Don't be an idiot.
- Fellas-- when ladies are present (or ever) please don't grunt and/or make moaning noises while lifting. Also, don't belch in between sips of your protein shake. Nasty.
- If you use a Locker get a Lock on it. If not then don't be pissed when you find your crap thrown on the floor. Or worse it gets stolen. Don't be a cheap skate!
