Gold's gym in the Epi center is a very upscale fitness facility, very clean and has all the equipment you need for the best work out imaginable. Very professional and dedicated staff!
I travel a lot and go to a lot of different gyms. Gold's, 24 Hour, LA Fitness, Equinox, etc. this is by far one of the best gyms I've ever been to. If you get a chance get in here and get after it!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$. I was fine paying high cost for convenience, but I'm not getting that. The tanning beds must be filled with regular overhead fluorescent bulbs. 3x a week 12 min & no color.- If you work uptown you may as well workout uptown. The convenience factor is on 100. Team Fit. No excuses. Lets go!
