- Global HighlanderAugust 9, 2014Great beer, obviously. You should have a lot of Goose Island options that are harder to find. The food also happens to be quite good as well.
- Fodor's TravelAugust 24, 2015Although Anheuser-Busch bought it a few years ago, Goose Island Beer Company is the granddaddy of Chicago’s craft beer scene, and it’s still well worth a trip to the Lincoln Park brewpub.
- Sundar ArganAugust 19, 2013Loads of fun great bar food. The Paulina Brat is delicious along with a Kolsch. Crowds empty out when the game starts so it's a great place to watch and enjoy a meal.
- Time Out ChicagoAugust 2, 2014The beer selection alone is enough of a draw at this local brewery, where we can happily while away an afternoon nursing a crisp 312 Urban Wheat Ale or malty Smoked Porter. Read more
- AndyAugust 12, 2014Goose Island is known for 312, Green Line, Sofie... Brewpub offers other undiscovered flavors like Cermak, Lanesplitter, and Cubby Blue; Fantastic Beer Garden near the ballpark for pre-game pint
- Into beer? Get a flight and try one of everything. Then grab a final pint of your favourite and head to a Cubs game. Trying every beer makes baseball more entertaining.
- James CAugust 22, 2014Great place before a cubs game. Beers are all good. Had the Cubby Blue which was fantastic.
- Jake SmithJuly 17, 2013When ordering food, try the sweet potato fries as your side; the curry ketchup they come with are a revelation. If you're drinking, be sure to ask to start an MBA program.
- Serious EatsFebruary 19, 2014Head here for lots of beer choices and solid bar food, particularly the Black Earth Burger and poutine.
- Ricky PottsAugust 3, 2012Nothing beats an ice cold beer after a baseball game at Wrigley. Come in for daily specials on all drafts. On the weekends they have live music in the back. Have fun!
- Matthew SchumanSeptember 2, 2015Hang out before the games and you won't be sorry. The house beers are all very good plus pub only releaaes
- Rebecca KnightOctober 26, 2011The wings were overcooked and rubbery, turkey burger was pretty good then my husband informs me that his mushroom swiss burger was awesome and the best burger he's ever had. Now he tells me!
- 🇺🇸 Drew Brune 🇺🇸April 24, 2013Cozy up to the bar between the first two tap clusters. The bar glass washing station is right in front of you. Y'know... for science.
- Pocket SunApril 5, 2014Great beer on tap. Sofie is soft and smooth. Sweet potato fries and chips were awesome.
- Food tip: Crispy Buffalo Chicken sandwich (best sauce ever) and cheese curds! Beer: Classic 312.
- UntappdAugust 24, 2012Wrigleyville is an amazing place! Huge, two story food and bar. Get there early on game day!
- Chrissy NickelFebruary 27, 2011Get a flight to sample some of the amazing beer on tap; the Matilda was a favorite (Belgian...tasting a little like nutmeg/cloves)
- Try anything with the BBQ sauce, it's made with their ale. BBQ chicken tenders are my fave. And 312 is an excellent session beer for watching a game!
- GrizAugust 24, 2011Amazing beer selection, best place to hang before/after a Cubs game. Even moderately priced...on GAMEDAYS no less
- Great beer! Bourbon County Stout is off the charts! I also like Green Line Pale Ale, Oatmeal Stout and Nut Brown. If you like beer, they will have a style that suits you.
- Bloomingdale'sAugust 17, 2010We’re here for the beer, and it doesn’t disappoint, be it draft (note the goose-shaped taps), or in bottles. But the food is better than it has to be – homemade chips! – as is the pubby atmosphere.
- Dallas WinklerFebruary 8, 2012The 312 Urban Wheat Ale is great. I'll have to come back during baseball season for the highly touted Cubby Blue.
- Kristin KroppJune 16, 2012Love the cubby blueberry. Make sure to check out the beer garden in the back.
- Mike WakelingFebruary 18, 2012If you like peanut butter or bacon, try the peanut butter burger. Delicious!
- Steven SpringerDecember 7, 2011King Henry was the greatest thing that has ever come out of this brewery or hit my lip. Ultimate orgasm... In your mouth
- Cubby Blue and Wrigleyville white are the way to go when they're available!
- Definitely one of the less terrible options on Clark in Wrigleyville.
- Nell JadwisiakAugust 16, 2011The turkey burger is amazing!! Sounds weird on menu but the flavors work.
- Scooter HendonAugust 2, 2010Their standard beers are good, but nothing to get worked up about. However, bring your big-boy pants and try the Bourbon County Stout. Amazing.
