Harlem Ambassador: A renovation is in progress. Built in the 1950's was considered art. Now Jersey buses and an occasional jaunt upstate. Less crowded than it's downtown cousin & not nearly as accessible. Tired stores.
Harlem Ambassador: This is Central Harlem's main library. The computer classes are top notch. Laptops allow for usage w/o a reservation. Some locals may lack library etiquette. At least it's light & airy. Prime locale.
Harlem Ambassador: The popularity of this branch has it often at capacity. Crying babies? hmm. This one serves Sugar Hill and Hamilton Hts. Each branch offers classes and events and a recent upgrade hasn't hurt either.
Harlem Ambassador: Being state of the art and very modern means that this branch location becomes well attended by Columbia types and "Upper upper west" residents in need of free computers and other various resources.
Harlem Ambassador: Best known for Harlem Week preparations that last throughout August, membership will get you a discount. Local biz still struggles and this crew still hasn't seemed to figure out a formula for that
